Remember: If “where” or “in which” is to be used in a sentence, then you must be sure to use a complete stand alone sentence following “where” or “in which”. Also, be sure to use a “that” in other cases to introduce an independent noun clause.

    What is the difference between A and B.
    Both have complete sentences after relative pronoun.

    For this sentence, the appropriate phrase to be used is "in which" because the product in packaged "in" the disposable box.
    Hope this clarifies.
